Computer Telephony Integration



(CTI) (Service Operation) Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) is a general term covering any kind of integration between computers and telephone Systems. It is most commonly used to refer to Systems where an Application displays detailed screens relating to incoming or outgoing telephone calls.
