Security/Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions


(SMIME) a protocol providing secure multipurpose mail exchange. Its current version 3 consists of five parts: RFC 3369 and RFC 3370 define the message syntax, RFC 2631 to RFC 2633 define message specification, certificate handling and key agreement method.
